ACCOUNTING AND ANALYTICAL TOOLS FOR ENSURING THE RESILIENCE OF SUPPLY CHAINS FOR CRITICAL IMPORTED GOODS
Abstract
In conditions of a full-scale war, ensuring the stability of critical import supply chains becomes particularly relevant, since the stability of the functioning of the economy and its individual sectors, in particular the agricultural sector, depends on it. The purpose of the article is to determine the essence, features and ways to implement accounting and analytical support for the stability of critical import supply chains. The article examines the essence of accounting and analytical support as the basis for managing flows of critical resources. It is determined that it combines accounting, analytical and control procedures aimed at forming a holistic information base for making management decisions. The role of accounting and analytical support in identifying risks, assessing supply disruptions and increasing the manageability of logistics processes is analyzed. The features of the functioning of critical import supply chains in conditions of martial law are outlined, in particular their vulnerability to external shocks, disruption of logistics routes and resource limitations. The main tools and methods of accounting and analytical support used to increase the sustainability of supply chains are identified. It is proven that the key direction of improvement is the introduction of digital technologies and integrated information systems that provide automation of processes and improve the quality of management decisions. It is concluded that the development of accounting and analytical support is an important factor in increasing the sustainability of critical import supply chains in modern conditions. The theoretical significance of the research results lies in outlining the essence of accounting and analytical support for the sustainability of critical import supply chains, in general, defining the essence of the concept of their sustainability, which has not been carried out in other studies. The results of the study can be used to develop programs to improve accounting and analytical support for the sustainability of critical import supply chains.
